I just listened to the podcast…another great show. I too find gambling to be odd, but I’m not sure if Cincinnati currently has the demand to do anything other than something like this at a site this big. Broadway Commons really needs to be developed, and this would certainly be a tax-productive use in a big way. I would much rather see another Banks type project with a greater focus on residential space than office or retail.
