- In the show, I mentioned that food trucks participating in the pilot program are allowed to operate from 6:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. each day. Actually, the trucks may operate from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 a.m. the following day.

I don’t want to keep capitalizing on the comment space, but I definitely second the last discussion, that we need specialized and differentiated businesses. I am happy to see some new diverse businesses moving in though…Taqueria Mercado, some new businesses at the store fronts in Findlay fro Pet Food to Vietnamese, but we definitely need to find a way to push unique identity. I always use the Asian food example…how many of our upscale Asian places need to have Sushi? Just pick your style and do it well and I feel like you’ll have a stronger offering and a better identity.
